Clinical Pharmacist

Med Star Health seeks a Clinical Pharmacist for night shift coverage within our not-for-profit, community-based health system serving the Maryland-Washington, D.C. region. In this role, you will provide comprehensive clinical pharmacy services for inpatient units, including order verification, sterile compounding, therapeutic drug monitoring, and medication safety oversight. You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interprofessional teams to optimize medication therapy, respond to emergent and stat orders, and support code situations.

Responsibilities include clinical interventions, antimicrobial stewardship participation, patient and staff medication education, and accurate documentation in the electronic health record.
