Board Certified Behavior Analyst; BCBA)

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking to hire a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Do you enjoy working with children? Would you like to improve the lives of students through exceptional occupational therapy? If so, this may be the position for you!

Every state requires all BCBA's to have a state license. If you do not have a license for a specific state, the licensing team at PDS will help you through the process!

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) for students.
• Provide direct behavior support, modeling, and coaching to school staff to ensure consistent implementation of strategies.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and related service providers to support student success across the school day.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret behavior data to guide decision‑making and adjust interventions as needed.
• Train school teams on evidence‑based practices, crisis prevention, and positive behavior supports.
