Occupational Therapist (OT) – PRN
Autumn Lake at Birch Manor
Sykesville, MD
$59–$60/hour
Join Autumn Lake at Birch Manor as a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) and help residents build the skills needed for greater independence and safety. This role offers scheduling flexibility within a supportive rehabilitation environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform occupational therapy evaluations and establish individualized plans of care
- Provide skilled treatment focused on ADLs, strength, coordination, cognition, and functional performance
- Monitor resident outcomes and modify treatment plans when appropriate
- Educate residents and caregivers on adaptive strategies and safety techniques
- Partner with therapy, nursing, and other members of the care team
- Maintain timely clinical documentation
Qualifications
- Active Maryland Occupational Therapist license required
- Strong clinical assessment and interpersonal skills
- Post-acute or skilled nursing experience is a plus
Flexible hours Collaborative rehab environment Competitive PRN rate
