We provide psychiatry, addiction recovery, mental disorder treatment, and related services to help clients at all stages of recovery or rehabilitation reclaim health and well‑being.

Drivers are a core component of exceptional behavioral healthcare service delivery. They are the first face our patients see when entering our care and the last face they see when leaving. Drivers are responsible for providing exceptional customer service and safe, caring transport for all patients, ensuring vehicle cleaning and sanitation for a safe environment for patients and staff.

Meal reimbursement is provided for each shift worked, and you will be driving COMPANY VEHICLES ONLY!

8am-4pm Tuesday - Thursday

$15/hr - $16/hr

Preferred high school diploma or GED equivalent. Prior experience in a hospital or behavioral healthcare environment, patient care, and/or transportation is a plus.

Active valid driver’s license. CPR course required within 30 days of hire. Completion of various safety trainings upon hire.

• Transports patients to and from behavioral healthcare services
• Maintains a safe environment for patients, self, and co‑workers
• Communicates with team, co‑workers, and patients in a positive and professional manner
• Takes initiative to deliver the best customer service, even during times of stress
• Knowledgeable of all aspects and functionalities of the client transportation system
• Provides appropriate safety oversight and monitoring for all clients while in transport

• Good communication skills to interact with all patients and staff
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions
• Requires frequent extended transports
• Must be able to sit for long periods
• Excellent customer service skills

• Contact with patients under a wide variety of circumstances
• Possible exposure to patient elements
• Handles emergency or crisis situations
• Subject to many interruptions and pressure from multiple calls and inquiries
• Occasionally subject to irregular hours
• Handles absentee replacement on short notice
• Personal protective equipment (masks) required when transporting patients
