Location:

Frederick ABA Center (in-person)

Compensation: $23-$29 per hour (based on experience and RBT certification)

Part-Time (Full-Day) Scheduling:
Schedules are Monday–Friday. Candidates must maintain availability for either A or B Block:

• A Block: 8:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
• B Block: 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

Hours are not guaranteed and may vary based on center/client needs.

The Part-Time ABA Technician position at the Verbal Beginnings Center involves providing ABA therapy to clients at the Verbal Beginnings Center, while living out our Pledge of Care and VB Pack Values:
Passion, Accountability, Celebration & Kindness. All ABA Technicians are expected to engage professionally and responsibly within the organization.

• Implement individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA to address each child's unique goals.
• Collect and record precise data to track each child's progress and inform ongoing treatment updates.
• Collaborate closely with your clinical supervisor to ensure consistent, high-quality care for every child.
• Build positive, trusting relationships with children, their families, and your fellow team members.

• High School Diploma
• Patience, compassion, and a genuine commitment to helping children with autism reach their goals
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a care team

• Associate's Degree in healthcare or core science
• 1-6 months of related experience working with children with Autism
• Previous experience in ABA Therapy
• 40-hr RBT course completed prior to start date
