We are hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join the rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake at Birch Manor. In this full-time role, you'll provide individualized occupational therapy focused on helping residents improve safety, daily function, and overall independence.

• Perform occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide skilled interventions addressing ADLs, strength, coordination, balance, and functional performance
• Establish meaningful therapy goals and monitor resident progress
• Recommend adaptive equipment and techniques to support safe daily activities
• Modify plans of care based on resident needs and response to treatment
• Educate residents and caregivers on strategies that support independence
• Complete required clinical documentation
• Collaborate with COTAs, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary care team

• $43–$50/hour

• Active Maryland Occupational Therapist license required
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
• Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required
