MENTOR Adult Day Health, a member of the Sevita family, provides day programs for elders with complex medical or rehabilitative needs. This allows seniors to obtain quality healthcare while remaining active and involved in the community and continuing to live in their own homes. Our programs are staffed with qualified, experienced licensed nurses and caregivers who are trained to provide individual assistance to each person we serve.

Part-Time | 16 Hours Per Week Wage : $32.00/hour Language Preference :

Join our Adult Day Health Program as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), providing psychosocial support, counseling, advocacy, and care coordination to participants and their families. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote participant well-being, independence, and quality of life.
Education & Qualifications- MSW from an accredited program required
- Active Maryland Social Work License required
- Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills
- Experience with older adults, individuals with disabilities, or healthcare settings preferred
- Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
- Russian or Gujarati speaking preferred
