Job description:

We are seeking for both locations, Forest Hill and Street, compassionate and dedicated Resident Aides to join our team. We have full-time night shifts available. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing support and care to individuals in a residential setting, ensuring their daily needs are met with dignity and respect. This position requires a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for residents, particularly those with developmental disabilities or senior care needs.

• Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care.
• Engage in behavior management techniques to support residents in maintaining positive interactions.
• Facilitate activities that promote socialization and community engagement within the group home environment.
• Maintain a clean and safe living space for all residents, adhering to hygiene standards.
• Document resident progress and any changes in behavior or health status accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to develop individualized care plans.

• Previous experience in caregiving, particularly in a personal care home or group home setting, is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with residents and their families.
• A compassionate attitude towards providing care and support to individuals in need.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
