Desired Qualifications &Experience:
- Valid School Psychologist certification/license required
- Previous experience with an elementary caseload preferred
- Strong skills in counseling, assessments, and intervention planning
- Ability to collaborate with educators, administrators, and families
- Clear, compassionate communication with students and staff
- Organized, flexible, and self-motivated approach
- Conduct psychological and academic assessments for elementary students
- Participate in the development and implementation of IEPs
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to support student needs
- Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention services
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
- Support school-wide initiatives and positive behavioral interventions
