Williamsport Health & Rehabilitation Center in Williamsport, Maryland is currently hiring for a Hospital Liaison. The Hospital Liaison is responsible for generating and managing leads in referral hospitals and other referral settings to ensure smooth discharge process for patients transitioning to post-acute services. The Hospital Liaison will develop strong professional relationships with referral sources and identify new opportunities for partnerships and growth.

Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills will be required to interface with potential residents and families. The Hospital Liaison demonstrates expertise and compassion for issues related to serving patients and families facing the need for long-term care or short-term rehabilitation and maintains a working knowledge of federal and state regulations and reimbursement sources.
