Key Responsibilities

Asthe Licensed Nursing Home Administrator ,youwillberesponsibleforthefacility’soveralloperationsandclinicalandfinancialsuccess.

Responsibilities include:

Maintainingbudgetcomplianceandfinancialperformance
Overseeingdailyfacilityoperations
Supportingstaffrecruitment,development,and retention
Ensuringcompliancewithfederal,state,andlocalregulations
Buildingpositiverelationshipswithresidentsandtheirfamilies
Supportingmarketingandcensus-development initiatives
Providingleadershipandoversighttoallfacilitydepartments
Promotingacultureofqualitycare,accountability,and teamwork

Qualifications

Current Nursing Home Administratorlicenseintheapplicablestate
Strongknowledgeofmanagedcareandhigh-volumeMedicareoperations
Sound,professionaljudgmentanddecision-making skills
Abilitytocollect,analyze,andeffectivelymanagedata
Strong leadership,communication,andorganizationalskills
Abilitytomaintainprofessionalworkingrelationshipswithassociates,residents,families,vendors,andcommunitypartners
