Sun Outdoors Ocean City (formerly Castaways RV Resort) is seeking an enthusiastic Activities Attendant to help bring fun, family-friendly programming to life at our resort. Located minutes from Assateague Island’s wild horses and the excitement of Ocean City, our resort offers guests a wide range of amenities and activities—from paddle boarding on the bay and relaxing on our sandy beach to dining at the Frozen Sun Tiki Bar and Bay Breeze Café.

The Activities Attendant assists with planning, coordinating, and supporting a variety of recreational and social activities for resort guests. This role works closely with the Activities team to ensure events are well-organized, engaging, and enjoyable for guests of all ages.

• Assist with planning, coordinating, and supervising activities such as picnics, sporting events, dances, and dinners
• Set up and clean up activity areas before and after events
• Track guest participation and attendance for activities
• Assist with training and supporting Activities team members and volunteers
• Help distribute weekly activity newsletters to guests and residents
• Maintain activity equipment and supplies in good condition
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Friendly, outgoing, and hospitable personality
• Enjoys working with children and families
• Valid Driver’s License required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Full-time, seasonal position
• Flexible scheduling required (PM shifts, weekends, and holidays)
