Job Summary
Guest Service Associate provides exceptional hospitality services to guests in an attentive, friendly and efficient manner.
CompensationHourly base pay range $8.50 per hour plus tips (average $60 per shift).
Work Schedule7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 6pm-2am shifts available.

Essential Functions- Maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests, co‑workers, and clients.
- Acknowledge and greet guests within five feet with a professional and friendly demeanor. Use guest last names.
- Use salutation of the day and welcome guests to the location. Practice proper Towne Park phone etiquette. Post up in designated areas when not completing tasks.
- Parks and retrieves vehicles while driving slowly and cautiously. Assists guests with bell services and luggage storage as needed. Opens all vehicle and hotel doors for guests.
- Assists guests with directions, taxis, reservations and other inquiries. Provide information about outlets, meeting rooms, amenities and main attractions in the area. Deliver messages, items and/or guest amenities as requested. Shuttle guests to approved places.
- Explains parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests upon arrival. Issues claim checks after receiving vehicle keys and collects claim checks from guests before issuing keys. Completes ticket information including key tag, guest folio, vehicle location, damage survey and claim check receipt. Calculates and collects revenue when needed.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license for the state where the job is located.
- One month related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for delivering customer and personal services.
- Skills:
read/write standard English, understand simple instructions, write simple correspondence, present information to guests and colleagues, basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide), understand 24‑hour and military time, understand rates applicable to time passed, operate manual transmission, perform parallel parking.
Job is fairly routine. Incumbent follows established practices and procedures, works within specific operational instructions and departmental guidelines. Decisions are made within those boundaries.
Physical Demands & Working ConditionsRegularly talks or hears, sits or stands for extended periods, may run, walk, handle objects, reach, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Requires close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth vision with ability to adjust focus. Lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally, up to 50 pounds frequently, up to 20 pounds constantly. Majority of work outdoors, exposure to extreme heat and cold.
Travel up to 5% may be required.
