The Brit Hôtel Dijon HERMES, a 3-star hotel with 50 rooms, is looking for a versatile receptionist to join its dynamic and small team. Your missions:
- Welcome and accompany guests throughout their stay (check-in / check-out / breakfast).
- Manage reservations and respond to customer requests with professionalism.
- Perform various administrative tasks related to the reception.
- Service in the room and at the bar Profile sought:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in hotel or camping reception. Experience in the room / bar would be a plus
- Sense of welcome, rigor and autonomy
- Excellent presentation and ease of communication.
- Good knowledge of English would be an asset
Conditions of the position:
- Contract:
35 hours/week
- Remuneration:
To be defined according to profile.

Position to be filled in early May
