The Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hospitality establishment, focusing on delivering exceptional guest experiences. This position involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the management team to implement strategies that enhance service quality and operational efficiency. Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with budgeting and financial management in a hospitality setting.
  • A degree in hospitality management or a related field
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale software.
Responsibilities
