TKO EMPLOYMENT SERVICES DELAWARE LLC is seeking an experienced Banquet Manager to supervise banquet operations, lead servers and housemen, and ensure adherence to brand standards. You will oversee the division, manage schedules and coaching, and collaborate with hotel leadership to deliver exceptional events.
You will work with the F&B Director on forecasts and budgets, train staff, monitor guest satisfaction, and enforce health and safety practices to maximize guest experience and profits.
