Club Corp - 12801 Stone Hill Road - Responsibilities:
The Banquet Server is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests during events and banquets, ensuring that every interaction reflects Invited’s Service standards.;
Prepare and set up banquet areas, ensuring they are organized, clean, and ready for service.;
Complete daily side work, such as stocking supplies and cleaning work areas.;
Support event setup and breakdown, including table arrangements and décor, as needed.;
Address and resolve member/guest complaints swiftly using service recovery techniques.
