The University of Maryland Eastern Shore invites applications for a Catering Supervisor to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of catering services within our dining facility.
In this role you will set up event venues, coordinate staff, serve guests, respond to inquiries, and ensure top quality while driving guest satisfaction; expect 50–55 hours per week including evenings and weekends.
