General Manager

As a General Manager, Food & Beverage at Aramark, you will lead operations for multi-unit food service within the accommodation and food services industry. You will oversee financial performance, budgeting, cost controls, and compliance with safety and sanitation standards while ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include leading and developing diverse teams, managing vendor relationships, driving revenue growth, and executing Aramark's standards for quality and service.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day food and beverage operations across assigned locations
• Own full P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Drive exceptional guest satisfaction and respond to client feedback
• Recruit, train, and develop diverse front- and back-of-house teams
• Implement labor planning, scheduling, and performance management
• Manage vendor relationships, purchasing, and inventory control
• Execute Aramark brand, quality, and service standards consistently
• Analyze operational data to improve efficiency and profitability
• Promote a culture of safety, inclusivity, and continuous improvement
