MGM Resorts - - Responsibilities:
Stock and serve assigned beverage outlets with glassware, condiments, packaged beverages, paper products, and other necessary items;
Maintain cleanliness in beverage areas, including tools, equipment, refrigerators, countertops, and floors;
Complete paperwork for bar transfers and dry stock deliveries;
Ensure pars of liquor, beer, and supplies are maintained in cooler and storage areas, ordering items as needed;
Set up and break down portable bars in designated areas
