Crescent Hotels & Resorts - 10101 Grand Central Avenue - Responsibilities:
Greet guests and register guests during check-in; input and retrieve information in the computer; promote hotel services and upsell to maximize occupancy;
Assist guests with check-out, process payments and currency conversions, and relay messages to guests;
Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely, friendly manner; field guest complaints and conduct basic research to resolve them;
Provide knowledge of hotel information, including room categories, rates, packages, and local area information
