Beverage General Manager

- Five to seven years of restaurant management and supervision experience in a fine dining setting preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
- Serv Safe and RAMP certifications required
- Full working knowledge of POS systems

- Capability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment with accuracy and timeliness
- Lead and supervise daily beverage operations, including training managers and hourly staff
- Maintain beverage inventories and enforce quality control standards
- Ensure compliance with all liquor, gaming, and safety regulations
- Control labor and beverage costs to achieve budgeted revenues and maximize profitability
- Maintain company operating standards and professional conduct reflecting brand values
- Respond to guest feedback to enhance experience and future sales opportunities
- Extend complimentary services within approved guidelines and perform other duties as assigned
- This role requires physical stamina for long hours, standing, climbing stairs, and handling objects up to 50 pounds. The work environment includes exposure to noise, smoke, bright lights, and a high-energy setting operating 24/7.
