Description
MUST HAVE HUMAN RESOURCES EXPERIENCE
JOB PURPOSE:
Performs day-to-day payroll and Human Resource functions of the facility in accordance with established procedures, and as directed by the Director of Human Resources. Assists the Director of Human Resources.
SALARY: MINIMUM $22.00 MAXIMUM $26.00

- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems.
MINIMUM
EDUCATION REQUIRED:
High school diploma or equivalent
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
REQUIRED:
Five (5) years’ experience in Human Resources. Knowledge of Federal and State Laws pertaining to the Human Resource Department. Knowledge of Disability Claims, Workers’ Compensation, Family Medical Leave Act, Recruitment, and Onboarding.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: (Preferred qualifications) Knowledge of Kronos and People Soft preferred.
