The Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition leads the team, sets functional objectives and operating standards, and is accountable for hiring outcomes across the business, while remaining personally engaged in high‑impact and senior‑level searches.

This role partners closely with the People Leadership Team and executive stakeholders to align hiring strategy with business priorities. They bring strong hiring judgment, market intelligence, and data‑driven insight to shape how we attract and close top talent, while continuously strengthening recruiting systems, processes, and team performance to ensure the function scales with the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring leaders to define role scope, hiring strategy, and assessment frameworks aligned to business priorities and workforce plans.
  • Engage directly with executive leaders on senior hiring needs, talent tradeoffs, and market dynamics.
  • Establish and evolve recruiting processes, systems, and operating rhythms to support scale and improve efficiency.
  • Drive a thoughtful, consistent candidate experience that reflects company values and hiring standards.
  • Use recruiting data and market intelligence to diagnose gaps, improve performance, and inform decision‑making.
  • Partner cross‑functionally within the People team to ensure recruiting strategy aligns with broader organizational and talent objectives.
  • The Talent Acquisition function consistently delivers high‑quality hires against business priorities, with capacity flexing effectively to meet changing hiring demands.
  • Hiring leaders and executives view Talent Acquisition as a trusted strategic partner with strong judgment, clear standards, and a data‑informed point of view.
  • The recruiting team operates with clear expectations, strong accountability, and consistent performance across roles and regions.
  • Hiring decisions reflect a high and consistent bar, with candidate experience that is efficient, thoughtful, and aligned to company values.
  • Recruiting systems, processes, and reporting are structured, scalable, and proactively aligned to the company's growth trajectory.
Qualifications
  • Experience leading and developing a recruiting team, including direct people management responsibility and performance accountability.
  • Demonstrated success managing team capacity, priorities, and outcomes across multiple searches or business areas.
  • Strong hiring judgment and experience owning complex, senior, or high‑stakes searches.
  • Ability to partner credibly with senior leaders and influence hiring decisions with confidence and clarity.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and making thoughtful tradeoffs in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, refine, and scale recruiting processes and systems.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with experience using data and market insight to guide decisions and improve outcomes.
  • A builder mentality with the ability to balance strategy and execution.
Compensation
