The Accounting and Human Resources Administrator plays a key role in ensuring smooth business operations by managing financial records and supporting human resources functions. This dual role combines accounting expertise with HR administration to keep our organization running efficiently.
What You’ll Do- Financial Management
Maintain accurate accounts payable and receivable records
Prepare monthly financial reports and reconciliations
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking
Process invoices, payments, and expense claims - Payroll Administration
Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax regulations
Track employee hours, benefits, and deductions
Assist with year-end reporting and statutory filings - Human Resources Support
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws
Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
Coordinate training, benefits, and policy updates - Compliance & Reporting
Ensure adherence to financial and Human Resources regulations
Prepare reports for management and external auditors
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and employee data
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field preferred
- Experience: 5-8 years in Accounting and/or Human Resources administration
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and Human Resources practices
- Proficiency in accounting software and HRIS systems, Sage and Paycor experience is a plus!
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong Excel skills

- Flexible Working Schedules -
- Plan A – Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 1 hour lunch (40 hours)
- Plan B – Monday through Thursday 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., 1 hour lunch OR 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., 30-minute lunch (40 hours) – Friday off
- Plan C – Tuesday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 6:0 p.m., 1 hour lunch OR 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., 30-minute lunch (40 hours) – Monday off
