The Human Resources Coordinator will assist with all human resources processes. Primary functions will be onboarding, recruiting tasks, HRIS support, and Maryland gaming licensing process. Confidentiality, compliance, and a people‑centric approach are key to the success in this role. • Recruiting and Onboarding
• Payroll support
• Maryland Gaming Licensing support
• Benefits support
• HR events and Job Fairs
• Compliance with both State and Federal regulations for Human Resources

• 1-3 years of experience in a human resources position
• Ability to read, write, speak, understand or communicate in English sufficiently to perform the necessary functions of the role
• Confidentiality, discretion, empathy, excellent communication are valued traits
• Strong computer (MS Office) or other HRIS systems is preferred
• Experience with payroll or recruiting a plus
• Must be able to obtain and keep a gaming license issued by the Maryland Gaming Commission

High diploma. Some college or a degree a plus.

• Must be able to sit, walk, stand for extended periods of time without difficulty
• Flexible schedule is required during certain periods of the calendar year
