Charm City Therapy is a growing, Maryland-based staffing and therapy services company that partners with school districts throughout Maryland. Our mission is to connect schools with high-quality allied health professionals who are passionate about supporting students in K–12 settings.
We are seeking a driven, people-focused Talent Acquisition Specialist to help expand staffing for our Maryland school partnerships. This is a fully on-site recruiting and sales role, ideal for someone who enjoys relationship building and measurable results.
What You’ll Do- Recruit and place allied health professionals in Maryland school-based roles
- Manage aspects of the recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to signed offer
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
- Match candidates to open positions based on credentials, location preferences, and career goals
- Communicate assignment details, compensation structures, and contract terms clearly and confidently
- Partner closely with the Client Services team to understand school staffing needs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Complete reference checks and assist with onboarding support as needed
- Provide occasional support to professionals during active school placements
- Develop long-term, trust-based relationships with candidates and school contacts
- 1–2+ years of recruiting experience (healthcare or education staffing preferred)
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Comfort with high-volume digital sourcing methods
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required
- Base salary: $45,000–$50,000
- Bonus potential bringing total earnings to $60,000–$70,000
