Human Resources Internship
Do you want to develop your human resources skills within a dynamic company? Join the HR team at Transports Cordier!
We are looking for a motivated, diligent intern with excellent interpersonal skills to participate actively in the HR department.
Daily, you will contribute to the smooth running of the department by taking part in various and practical missions. This internship will allow you to develop your skills, gain autonomy, and discover all aspects of human resources.
TasksAccompanied by the HR team, you will participate in:
Ensuring personnel administration: drafting certificates, following up on mandatory documents for drivers, managing sick leaves, employment contracts, DPAE, updating staff files...
Participating in recruitment: writing and disseminating job offers, sourcing, pre-selection of applications, and conducting telephone prequalifications.
Contributing to the integration of new employees: preparing welcome paths, following trial periods, and updating internal tools and software.
Participating in the implementation of the skills development plan: searching for training organizations, organizing sessions, administrative follow-up.
Providing support in the management of first-level disciplinary files (drafting letters).
Participating in different HR projects that are cross-functional according to the service's current events.

ProfileYou are preparing a level Bac +5 education in human resources and wish to gain professional experience. You are recognized for:

Your mastery of office tools, notably the Office Pack.
