Position OverviewThis role is responsible for supporting both accounting and human resources functions to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in financial administration along with hands‑on HR support experience.
Key Responsibilities Financial Management- Maintain accurate accounts payable and accounts receivable records
- Prepare monthly financial reports and reconciliations
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Track employee hours, benefits, and deductions
- Support year‑end reporting and required filings
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
- Coordinate training, benefits administration, and policy updates
- Ensure adherence to financial and HR regulations
- Prepare reports for leadership and external auditors
- Maintain strict confidentiality of financial and employee information
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field preferred
Experience5+ years of experience in Accounting and/or Human Resources administration
Skills- Strong understanding of accounting principles and HR practices
- Experience with accounting software and HRIS systems (Sage and Paycor preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
