Position Overview

This role is responsible for supporting both accounting and human resources functions to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in financial administration along with hands‑on HR support experience.

Key Responsibilities Financial Management
  • Maintain accurate accounts payable and accounts receivable records
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and reconciliations
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking
  • Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
Payroll Administration
  • Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax regulations
  • Track employee hours, benefits, and deductions
  • Support year‑end reporting and required filings
Human Resources Support
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
  • Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws
  • Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
  • Coordinate training, benefits administration, and policy updates
Compliance & Reporting
  • Ensure adherence to financial and HR regulations
  • Prepare reports for leadership and external auditors
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of financial and employee information
Qualifications Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field preferred

Experience

5+ years of experience in Accounting and/or Human Resources administration

Skills
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and HR practices
  • Experience with accounting software and HRIS systems (Sage and Paycor preferred)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
