USA Lacrosse is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to partner with the Director, Human Resources, and deliver broad HR support across operations, payroll, benefits, onboarding, compliance, and employee relations.
You will help maintain a positive, inclusive workplace at our Sparks, MD headquarters, in a hybrid environment, and play a key role in talent acquisition, development, and policy implementation for a mission-driven nonprofit committed to growing lacrosse in the United States.
