Position Overview:
This role serves as the regional subject matter expert for Total Rewards integration, partnering cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to support country-level analysis, integration planning, Day 1 readiness and implementation, and post-Day 1 harmonization across a region (APAC & EMEA / Americas).
Key Responsibilities:
- Support country-level Total Rewards integration analysis and design decisions
- Develop a country-level Total Rewards inventory
- Create Day 1 business readiness materials
- Track decisions, risks, dependencies, and implementation requirements
- Partner on policy, handbook, and communication updates
- Coordinate Day 1 readiness and execution activities
- Support post-Day 1 and post-EMA harmonization activities
- Support country-level rollout of Compensation program changes
Required Experience:
Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field required, or equivalent relevant experience. Progressive experience in Total Rewards, Benefits, Compensation, and HR project delivery within a multinational organization. Experience working across multiple countries or regions, with an understanding of local market practices, statutory requirements, employee benefits, payroll dependencies, and regional governance considerations.
Base Salary: $103,520 - $181,150
