Tensley Consulting is seeking a Mid Level Technical Recruiter with prior experience recruiting in the cleared space, specifically supporting TS/SCI with polygraph candidates as well as commercial.
This role requires hands‑on experience working cleared and commercial technical positions, supporting proposal recruiting, and using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines.
This is a 4 day/week in-office position.
Education/Experience:
4–6 years of recruiting experience in the cleared Gov Con or Intelligence Community space.
Bachelor’s degree in related technical and/or human resources field preferred.
