  • Support organisational change projects, including restructures and consultation processes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR data.
  • Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

The Person

About You:
  • Previous experience in an HR Advisor or similar generalist HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • Confident managing employee relations cases from start to finish.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Organised, professional, and able to manage a varied workload.
  • CIPD qualification or working towards CIPD is desirable.
