- Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on employee relations matters.
- Support disciplinary, grievance, absence management, performance management, and capability processes.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently and in line with employment legislation.
- Support organisational change projects, including restructures and consultation processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR data.
- Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the business.

About You:
- Previous experience in an HR Advisor or similar generalist HR role.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Confident managing employee relations cases from start to finish.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Organised, professional, and able to manage a varied workload.
- CIPD qualification or working towards CIPD is desirable.
