Role DescriptionThe Recruitment Training Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Owings Mills, MD. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs that support recruitment processes and the onboarding of new team members. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing training needs, developing training materials, coordinating and delivering employee training sessions, and evaluating program effectiveness. The Recruitment Training Manager collaborates closely with HR and hiring managers to align training content with organizational goals, compliance standards, and performance expectations.
This role also maintains training records, recommends improvements to recruitment and training workflows, and supports a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Candidates should possess strong Training Management and Training skills, including program design, delivery, and evaluation.
- Candidates should possess solid HR Management skills with experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee development processes.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including facilitating group sessions and presenting information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Candidates should possess Employee Training experience, including creating training materials, conducting workshops, and coaching team members.
- Relevant experience in property management, real estate, or service-focused industries is beneficial.
- Strong organizational, time management, and documentation skills are preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is advantageous.
- Proficiency with common Office
365, Canva, Entrata, and ADP software a plus
Pay Range: $80,000-$90,000 + bonus and benefits
