Hr Assistant

Omni Remodeling is looking for a dependable, organized, and professional HR Assistant to support our HR function and help keep the day-to-day business running smoothly.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their HR career who wants to learn, grow, and build valuable experience within a growing home-improvement company. You do not need to have experience in every part of this role - we are happy to train the right person. What matters most is that you are reliable, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and enjoy helping people.

The core focus of this position is HR support - employee records, hiring coordination, onboarding, and compliance documentation. You will also be a welcoming presence in our office, owning front-desk duties like greeting visitors, handling mail and supplies, and providing backup support across departments as needed.
