The Data Analyst I – GCIR Reporting Specialist supports reporting and data operations by coordinating updates to enterprise databases, validating data, and supporting reporting processes. While titled as a Data Analyst, this role is more data entry and reporting–focused than advanced analytics and does not require prior coding experience
. This position works closely with senior management, technical teams, and business partners to ensure data accuracy, documentation quality, and reliable reporting outputs in a structured enterprise environment.

• Data & Reporting Support
  • Coordinate updates and changes to enterprise databases
  • Validate, test, and implement database updates and reporting changes
  • Support data entry, reporting preparation, and documentation activities
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness
• Database & Process Support
  • Assist with logical and physical database documentation
  • Support ETL-related processes and data flows (no coding required)
  • Modify existing database records and reporting outputs as directed
  • Test databases and reports, identify errors, and support corrections
• Communication & Collaboration
  • Work with senior management, technical teams, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements
  • Communicate findings and updates clearly through PowerPoint presentations and Excel-based reports
  • Apply structured troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
• 0–2 years of applicable professional experience
• Experience or exposure to database technologies
• Knowledge of ETL processes (conceptual understanding acceptable)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

Preferred:

• Prior experience in reporting, data operations, or administrative data roles
• Comfort working in structured, process-driven environments
