Bachelor's Degree

English, Communications, Technical Communication, Journalism, Information Technology, Web Development, Content Strategy, Library Science, Media Studies, Business Administration, etc.

General comment on degrees:
Most contracts allow additional experience (4-5 years) in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree. Some contracts give 4-5 years experience credit for a Bachelor's Degree. Some contracts give 2 years experience credit for a Master's Degree. We will work with you to find the right fit.

• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Coordinate and manage content-related projects
• Work with subject matter experts to gather information
• Ensure content meets quality standards and timelines
• Organize and prioritize tasks for content production
• Develop and maintain content style guides

• Strong writing and editing skills
• Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., Word Press)
• Knowledge of SEO and web content optimization
• Ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with technical writing standards
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Experience with HTML/CSS for content formatting
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
• Knowledge of Agile project management practices
• Experience with multimedia content creation
• Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Ability to create interactive content and media
