Program: U.S. Air Force Enterprise IT Support

Shift: Day Shift Agensys Corporation is supporting enterprise IT operations within a U.S. Air Force environment and is seeking a System Administrator to support Windows infrastructure and identity management services at Joint Base Andrews. This role supports mission-critical enterprise systems and Active Directory services within a secure DoD network environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Support Windows server infrastructure including installation, configuration, patching, and upgrades
* Implement and maintain system hardening using tools such as STIG Viewer, SCAP, and Evaluate STIG
* Manage the full user account lifecycle within Microsoft Active Directory / Entra  
* Administer security groups, distribution lists, and access permissions
* Support identity and access management (IAM) best practices
* Maintain and enhance Power Shell scripts for automation and reporting
* Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot system issues
* Assist with compliance audits of user accounts and access permissions
* Create and maintain technical documentation

Required Qualifications
* Active DoD Secret clearance
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 4+ years of relevant experience
(Additional experience may substitute for degree)
* Current DoD 8140 IAT Level II certification (Security+ or equivalent)
* Strong Power Shell experience for automation and Active Directory administration
* Experience with Active Directory (including hybrid identity / Entra )
* Understanding of identity and access management principles
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Preferred Experience
* Experience supporting U.S. Air Force or DoD enterprise environments
* Experience working at Joint Base Andrews
* Microsoft certifications (SC-300, AZ-800, or similar)
* Experience with Windows Server 2019/2022
