Description
The Disclosure Officer will have experience and knowledge of U.S. disclosure policies and guidance, specialized international program security expertise, and coordinating and making disclosure decisions within those parameters. The Officer will serve as a mid-level advisor in support of a client's disclosures program, assist in processing all requests for disclosure to partners, review various products for release, process RFIs from disclosure governments and international organizations, obtain security clearance information, and verify disclosure national status prior to release of classified material.
The Officer will maintain a permanent electronic database of all decisions concerning disclosure, release, or denial of intelligence to disclosure nationals.
- Must have a TS/SCI with polygraph.
- Knowledge of IC guidelines concerning disclosure and intelligence information sharing; mastery of the functions, processes, principles, methods, and procedures used in analyzing, evaluating, and responding to disclosure requests.
- A Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 4 years of relevant or prior experience is required; additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
