Our focus:
Government program delivering technical solutions using emerging technologies for processing large amounts of data—commercial cloud, HPC, enterprise architecture. Program is tactically important to national security.

• A High School Diploma or GED plus twelve (12) years of general system engineering experience.
• A Bachelor's degree in a qualified engineering field or related discipline from an accredited college or university plus seven (7) years of systems engineering experience.
• A Master's degree in a qualified engineering field or related discipline from an accredited college or university plus five (5) years of systems engineering experience.
• A PhD in a qualified engineering field or related discipline from an accredited college or university plus three (3) years of systems engineering experience.

Position requires a recent CI polygraph within the last 5 years. Responsibilities include analyzing user requirements, concept of operations documents, and high‑level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications. Leads design and development activities; guides users in formulating requirements, advises alternative approaches, conducts feasibility studies. Provides technical leadership for integration of requirements, design, and technology. Incorporates new plans, designs, and systems into ongoing operations.

Develops technical documentation, system architecture, and system design documentation. Guides system development and implementation planning through preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans. Interacts with the government on engineering technical considerations, and associated problems, issues or conflicts. Ultimate responsibility for the technical integrity of deliverables and communication with program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives.
