Our client, a leading organization in the financial services sector, is seeking a SharePoint Admin to join their team. As a SharePoint Admin, you will be part of the IT Department supporting various business units. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: SharePoint Admin (No C2C)

Location: Laurel, Maryland

Pay Range: $48/hr depending on years of experience

• Serve as the primary technical resource for SharePoint Online supporting internal teams and leadership.
• Coordinate with departments to plan and execute migration of on-premises file shares to SharePoint Online.
• Work closely with external vendors, such as Planet Technologies, to deliver training and user enablement.
• Configure, manage, and support SharePoint Online sites, libraries, permissions, and governance standards.
• Assist departments in organizing and structuring content during migration to enhance usability and compliance.

• Hands‑on experience supporting SharePoint Online in a cloud‑only environment.
• Proven ability to migrate file shares to SharePoint Online effectively.
• Strong communication skills to work with non‑technical users and guide them through change.
• Excellent coordination and organizational skills across multiple departments.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration concepts.
