Leidos has an exciting opportunity for a Systems Network Administrator to join our National Security Sector’s Cyber & Analytics Business Area (CABA). Our team is at the cutting edge of Security Engineering, Computer Network Operations (CNO), Mission Software, SIGINT, and advanced analytics—delivering solutions that directly support critical national security missions.

- Support the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems
- Manage and monitor client/server, storage, and network environments
- Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (escalation) support
- Troubleshoot system issues and apply patches, updates, and configuration changes
- Manage user accounts, password resets, VPN access, and PKI-related tasks
- Configure and maintain Windows, Linux, and UNIX systems
- Support virtualized and storage environments
- Document processes, SOPs, and troubleshooting procedures
- Contribute to reports and technical deliverables
Use ticketing systems and internal tools to track and resolve issues
You’ll also provide hands‑on support to users both at headquarters and across the enterprise—delivering excellent customer service while managing multiple priorities.
Work EnvironmentOn‑site support:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
