Position: Hybrid Help Desk Analyst — End-User Support (Tier 1)
Location: National Harbor

CACI International Inc is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to join their FEMA Help Desk. The role entails providing Tier 1 support to FEMA end-users, troubleshooting system functionality, and supporting multiple applications. The successful candidate will work in a hybrid environment, 3 days a week at National Harbor or Orlando FL.

The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree and possess strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. The pay range for this position is between $51,800 and $106,200, along with competitive benefits.
