GDIT is seeking a Capture Director with primary responsibility for leading and winning new business opportunities with the Intelligence Community (IC) and USCYBERCOMMAND (USCC) markets. The successful candidate will report to the VP of Growth for Space and Cyber Intelligence, as part of the Intelligence and Homeland Security (IHS) Growth team. You will lead pre-proposal shaping activities, orchestrate capture activities during the proposal phase and post-submittal activities, and must show a proven methodology toward increasing win probability.

HOW A CAPTURE DIRECTOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
In this position, you will be responsible for leading capture activities in support of winning key opportunities within the Cyber, HPC, Analytics, Research, and Enterprise IT business of the Space and Cyber Intelligence Sector. As a Capture Director, you will be responsible for pursuing and winning new business contracts with values ranging up to $2B. You will be a key member of the Growth Team, collaborating with operations and engineering personnel across business areas to capture and win strategic opportunities primarily within the IC and USCC-based customer markets.
* Responsible for pursuing strategic Cyber, HPC, Analytics, Research, and Enterprise IT opportunities within the Federal (IC, USCC) space
* Provide strategic thinking and execution for capture efforts through determining capture team resource requirements and managing costs throughout the Bid Acquisition Process
* Engage with customers, partners, and other relevant stakeholders to qualify new business opportunities
* Interfaces between Business Development and internal and external stakeholders (Business Areas, Operations and Engineering Staff, and Corporate functional organizations) to develop technical, management and pricing strategies
* Understand capabilities, strengths, and weaknesses and direct the development of solution development, CONOPS and path to win
* Manage multiple capture efforts simultaneously depending upon where the opportunity resides in the acquisition process
* Provide customer and business knowledge through business intelligence to ensure the team fully understands the desires and needs of the customers and the capabilities of potential competitors
