Sr Data Analyst

Qualifications

• 10+ years of strong hands‑on experience with Core Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, RESTful APIs, and SQL.
• Experience with application servers (Tomcat, Web Logic, or JBoss).
• Production support experience, hands‑on with log analysis tools (Splunk, ELK, Dynatrace, App Dynamics, etc.).
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix commands and shell scripting.
• Experience with incident management tools (Service Now, JIRA, or Remedy).
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and customer‑handling abilities.
• Understanding of ITIL framework and Agile methodology.
