Location: Hanover
Bigbear.ai is seeking an IT Infrastructure Support Specialist in Hanover, Maryland, to manage and support critical IT infrastructure systems in a 24/7 Operations Center. Responsibilities include monitoring systems, troubleshooting complex issues related to PKI, and providing Tier 2 support for ICAM systems.
The ideal candidate requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field along with 7 years of experience. TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is mandatory. Candidates will benefit from strong analytical skills to resolve challenging technical problems and can anticipate a dynamic work environment.
