Job SummarySupport IT operations at outpatient radiology imaging centers. Responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining technologies and systems onsite in Owings Mills, MD, collaborating with teams to enhance technical skills in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with leadership to assess hardware and software needs.
- Monitor and resolve issues, service tickets, and projects.
- Visit locations to address active issues and assist users.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot IT equipment and software.
- Maintain security and oversee inventory management.
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a related technical field.
- Strong operational and analytical skills with excellent communication.
- In-depth knowledge of PC and network operations.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and time management.
- Valid driver's license and flexibility to travel as needed.
