Position: Hybrid IT Help Desk Manager | Lead 24x7 Service Desk
Location: National Harbor

CACI International Inc is looking for an experienced IT Help Desk Manager to lead operations for a service desk team in National Harbor, Maryland. You will manage a team responsible for providing effective troubleshooting and support to over 20,000 users, ensuring high service levels and adherence to ITIL best practices.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in service desk operations and a proven record of meeting contractual SLAs. This hybrid position requires 3 days onsite each week.
