Job Description

Nightwing is an advanced engineering company providing technical solutions to meet customers' cybersecurity and intelligence needs.

• Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems.
• Manage IT system infrastructure and related processes.
• Conduct day‑to‑day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for client/server, storage, network devices, mobile devices, and the dispatch system.
• Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) support, diagnosing and resolving issues.
• Escalate and communicate status to agency management and internal customers.
• Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems, install/load OS software, troubleshoot, maintain integrity, and configure network components.
• Implement operating‑system enhancements to improve reliability and performance.
• Support the design of systems, mission architecture, and associated hardware.

• Approximately ten (10) years of Systems Administrator experience on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university, or five (5) years of additional SA experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.
• DoD 8570 compliance with Information Assurance Technical (IAT), Level II.
• Experience with Cloud, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, and Linux.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Strong troubleshooting ability and capacity‑planning skills.

• Salary range $122,000 – $253,000 (commensurate with qualifications and experience).
