* ** Overview*
* We are seeking a  
** Systems Engineer
** with experience across the  
** full system engineering lifecycle** , from concept through sustainment. This role includes developing and maintaining technical documentation and supporting  
** Systems Administration (SA) and GOTS products** . The ideal candidate is adaptable, willing to learn, and effective in a small, mission-focused team that regularly collaborates with users, customers, and partner teams.

** Primary Responsibilities*
* + Support all phases of the system engineering lifecycle from concept through sustainment

+ Develop and maintain technical documentation and drawing packages

+ Install, configure, and manage Linux-based systems (Red Hat/CentOS/Rocky)

+ Support and maintain GOTS software solutions

+ Configure and manage STE/STN systems in connected and disconnected environments

+ Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, users, and customers to support mission needs

** Basic Qualifications*
* + Bachelor's degree in a technical field with 6 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 4 years, or PhD with 2 years, or no degree with 10 years of relevant experience

+ Strong Systems Administration (SA) experience

+ Strong Linux experience, including installation, configuration, and management

+

Experience with authentication/authorization (FreeIPA/Active Directory)

+

Experience with STE/STN environments

+ Experience installing and maintaining GOTS software

+ Strong testing and troubleshooting skills, including scripting (Bash/Python)

Must have an active TS/SCI with Polygraph*

* + Familiarity with shared storage solutions

Experience with virtualization and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)

+ Data flow experience

+ Familiarity with Ansible or SALT

Experience with Helm charts, YAML, or Dev Ops practices
